wrongly balance deduction

Name of company/service: idea mobile

I also recieved a mssg from
idea.that 99 rupees were
deducted for downloading
vedios from XINLABS.but i
have’nt downloaded any
vedios…eventhough my 3g data plan was also activate…sir,i
request u to help me in
getting back my money…my
phone no. is +919403591000.
