Hi,
In 2012 i joined a company OMICS Publishing group which is an online publishing firm. They made me sign an year bond in that bond no amount was mentioned if i break the bond and as a security they took our original 10 th mark sheet and in return just provided with the acknowledgement and no appointment letter. After 6 months of service due to their bitter behavior and health issues i resigned from the company now they are asking me to submit 43,500 to get back my mark sheet. I asked them to show my bond they didn’t agree. PLZ help !!!!!!!!
