Issue with prepaid number : 8950736060
Got an activation message of “Endless Music” on my number ( 8950736060 ) with a charged fee of 75 rs per month at 9:59 am of 2 November, 2014
Called in customer care at 121 at 10:10 am.
Clarified them that i have not given any activation prompt from my phone, she told me that she has deactivated the service and 75 rs will be refunded with in 8 hours. it did’t happen and i tried it again in evening around 8:30 pm
but every time i try to connect to customer care executive i get the Automatic voice response ” all customer care executives are busy” and call disconnects itself.
Today again i called them in morning 8 am and i was told that amount will be refunded within 4 hours and it dint happen again.
i again called up customer care at around 1:30 pm and again the same voice response from their machine
” all customer care executives are busy”.
What i feel is that a second call is not allowed in a single day. They direct it to the machine which generates this response.
Please do the needful.
