Unserviceable Magic Bullet

I had ordered two Magic Bullet system from Vantage Enterprises Tinwala bldg, tribhuvan rd, opera house mumbai-4000004,Mumbai, Maharastra,India . The same was delivered to me on COD ( Cash on Delivery) Though one of the piece (gifted to my sister) is working ,, after opening I found that the piece is unserviceable. Though all the items in the box are in OK condition, the main Motor is unserviceable. There is no number of the company on the receipt nor anywhere in the net. Please resolve my issue ..
