Sir,
I am writing this mail in reference to the subject of Wrong withdrawal of money from ATM at east of kailash My A/c details are as follows
1. A/C NO. SA : 309600010009291
2. A/C holder name :HIMTA RAM
3 Branch : East of kailash
On 1 of Aug i tried to withdraw 5000 but due to some reason no money is being withdrawn i tried 3 times still the result was same all the 3 times no money is being processed but in my passbook there is an entry of 15000 (5000/5000/5000= 15000RS) Rs withdrawn
I reg complaint at C Care on the same day
COMPL. NO 58225675 DT. 1/8/2012 8.10 PM C.CARE
But today when i confirmed today according to the C care as per the the complaint status is being resolved
I being a senior citizen facing so many problems I already visited 3 times east of kailash branch & once at CP office
As per them CCTV at ATM was not working & they were asking for 1500rs extra for CCTV camera
Sir i request you to solve the problem asap being a senior citizen i can’t handle this type of problem in this age
