On 19th of July 2012, Call came to me from Go India Buyer – His name is Deva & His Mobile no. is 08130393344, He told me for Visa credit card holder they are having special discount Combo offer for Rs. 4990, this is includes 5000 Rs. E-Shopping Voucher, 1 Kenstar Mixer Grinder with 1 year warranty , 1 M.R. Iron Box and one surprise gift of Tour package. Based on this he guide me to pay RS. 4990 through my credit card & after that he SMSed me the above said details also. But after a week, I received 1 Kenstar Mixer Grinder w/o bill & warranty , & 2 M.R. Iron Box & 1 got damage and there is no one 5000 Rs. E-Shopping Voucher & surprise gift of Tour package and both the Mixer & Iron box is not work & this is not looks like a new one. So tomorrow Morning I called Deva on his mobile no. & I explained the issues (he attended my 4 th call only) & I told to cancel my order ( as per company policy 15 days is the cancellation period), but he told me, he will send one another new box with is include all the above side items with this 3 or 4 days, you can exchange with this old one after that also if you are not satisfies we will cancel this offer, like that he told me, so I wait for that one, but still now – 13th on Aug. – 2012, this is not received & after that whenever I called Deva he is not attend my call & last week I called his mobile, someone is picked & he given to Deva ( after my shouting ), he attend & he asked to call helpline no. of 01202690735, I called him no. & informed that issues, but they telling, they are telling, cancellation is not possible. If you want you can call Deva, after that His mobile is switched off, today morning also I tried but not attend by call. I want my money back & also this site has to blocked.
