My self A Kaliyaperumal I worked as a technician in asian paints pvt ltd..
last month i was lose my Vodafone Sim card (09884880621) . And i was applied a new duplicate Sim of that same number in porur Vodafone show room (19-6-2014) at 7.45 pm .
but the show room executive wrongly activate my another number ( 09884880644).
that day night at 9.30pm i was contact the Vodafone show room executive (Mr. Sathish) and discuss about this wrong activation. he was said to me tomorrow morning i’ll call you before 10.00am.
but he did’nt call to me. so i was called to sathish at 11.00am, he was said to me, we will send one executive to submit your new Sim card at your place, but still now no one come to my place (21-06-2014).
today i was called around 5.00pm to Vodafone customer care executive, and discuss about this wrong activation, but he did’nt give proper information, and he was speak wrongly, i was said to him i complaint in consumer court, he was very simply said it’s ok the VODAFONE will face.
I AM totally upset about this,
So please take my complaint and give proper solution to me….
