Hi,
I recharged my Airtel TV on 27-12-2013 with Rs 1790 for 6 month package with 15 days additional validity as per your website. I recharged this amount online from your website. But now (21-06-2014) I am getting message to recharge my airtel tv on my airtel tv screen and when I called at your customer care, they simply says they can’t do any thing now as I need to call airtel customer care center at the time of recharge to activate the same. Customer care representative simply say I need to call at that time they are just parrots. As I recharged this on airtel website and checked the details there I thought it would automatically give me 15 days extra validity and moreover I was never been prompted by airtel website nor it was written on website that I need to call customer care to activate it. How would a customer know that they need to call customer care when company website gives us the details. I must say Airtel service is getting pathetic day by day, may be its mobile service or TV or broadband service.
