I have recharged my bsnl no (circle:assam) 9401639309 for special tariff voucher RS 301 for 2G data pack on 30th march 2013 but instead of data pack, my no was recharged with talktime. Even after several complain, paytm express regret and put the fault on operator but bsnl special tariff vouchar Rs 301 2G data pack still active in Bsnl network.PayTm executive have cited that the plan has been changed which is not their fault. but when the plan is still active why they cant recharge me the same amount?? plz help
