Don’t get the recharge balance

I have recharge a GPRS pack of Rs.57 on 1st April 2013 online but didn’t get the balance. On 2nd April I checked my bank account and found that an amount of Rs.57 has been deducted against of my recharge. I loddge a complain in Reliance customer care but I didn’t get my issue resolved even after the given period of time. And now they say that my complain has been closed because they have credited my account. But I havn’t get any balance.
