wrong product shipped by rediff online shopping shopping

Am aparna from Bangalore.i had placed an order for tupperware box in rediff online shopping site.order number is 8090155. i have received a wrong product and when i tried logging a complaint at customer support they are keep telling me that they will revert back to me.but till date i have not received any mail/call from rediff online shopping site customer forum.please help me to get the right product.
