wrong balance deduction & unwanted service activation.

Location/place: Ajanta – Maharashtra

Name of company/service: Reliance Communication

I am Deepak Dubey and my mobile no. is 9595996760 since 15 days my balance is deducting continuously rupees 5/- every day. I have call so many times to solve this problem but there is no proper response from customer care. I am having reliance service since 5 years. please solve my problem immediately. I am in doubt that you customer care service is for help or cheating.
