My ebay username is- parasmalhotra2011.
I purchased Sony Xperia Sola phone from the website on 2nd Oct. under buy 1 get 1 free scheme. I was expected to get Micromax x274 mobile within 15-45 days. But after talking to several customer care executive almost each day, raising many service request numbers (like: 1-5416284935, 1-5467092988, 1-5492370283) & mailing you folks couple of times- i finally received the wrong gift on 24th Dec i.e. almost after 3 Months.
Confirmation over phone was given for x278, Bill which i received with the gift says x274, while the product inside is x269, which is a lower version. Its a total case of Fraud, which is not resolved from last 8 months.
Looking forward to a quick positive response.
