WRONG PRODUCT DELIVERY-ASKMEBAZAAR

Hi,
I have ordered Sony Power Bank on http://www.askmebazaar.com/ on COD method.

It was delivered on 18-May-15, and as delivery person told us that he can’t give open delivery so we have paid the amount and checked the product and found It’s MI Power bank instead of Sony Power bank. Secondly it’s faulty and case is also damaged.

Same has been logged over phone (this is the only option to connect with askmebazaar) at 044-44444444. They have provided complaint No. as QRC600523 and told that product will be picked up in maximum 3 days and your amount will be refunded in 10-12 working days,

I have followed up on 21st May 15 and they again told that they have forwarded the query and it will be resolved in 3 days.

Same thing happened on 24th May 2015. Now commitment has been given for 3 days for pickup.

I called up on 27th May 2015 (6 Minutes 14 Seconds). Again they gave commitment of 3 Days. No pickup and no refund happened.

I gain followed them on 31-May-15 (19 Minutes 10 Seconds). They committed to close the same in next 7 days. I also requested them that I want to talk to senior management but they told that are unavailable then I have requested them to arrange call back, they committed for the same but till date no callback happened from there side. I told them, that I will give 10 days to close. No pickup and refund happened till 9th June-15.

I again called up on 9th June-15 [(10 Minutes 45 Seconds) and 7 Minutes and 32 Seconds)] and again same story repaeats that It will be closed in 3 days and seniors are busy at this time and will arrange a call back in next 2 hours for sure. But earlier history repeats. No callback, no phone, no message for apology, no mail, no response.

Finally I called on 12-June-15 (27 Minutes and 10 Seconds) and got chance to talk with Mr. Bhanu (Senior executive) and he committed that he has forwarded the concern to respective teams and I will get call back in maximum 2 Hours. But no calls, no mails.

Again on 13-June-15 (13 Minutes 20 Seconds), I called up, then they told that they have tried to contact me @ 6:00 PM but not reachable. Again a false thing as i am able to receive calls from all and there is no mis-call as well from any number.

For such a long pending case, they are not even bothered that how much they are harassing a consumer and when there is no response even on mail/message and calls, how much difficult for a consumer to be patience. I want to file a case against them (http://www.askmebazaar.com) for harassment and time wastes against the wrong product delivered.
