Reminder 3
I have not received any response to my emails so far. However I received a letter from you yesterday asking me to send the product back for replacement. Please note that I have never asked for replacement. I asked you to refund my money and make your own arrangement to pick the product back. I don’t want to spend more money in sending the product back and run after you for my money.
I am now filing a complaint with the Consumer Forum for the following:
1) You have charged my credit card account after I have cancelled the order.
2) Sent me a damaged product. The knob which is placed inside a whole is broken. This couldn’t have been during transit. So it is evident that you have sent a damaged product from your store itself. That I believe is intentional and cheating.
3) You have again lied in your letter dated 2nd June 2015 (received by me on 11th June) that I called you and asked for replacement. I never asked for replacement. I asked your executive to refund my money and pick the product back. I also asked for call back, which never happened.

Hi,
I had ordered one sewing machine on 3rd May 2015 and as per commitment, the product was supposed to be delivered in 7 days. I called once again on 9th May to check the status and was told that the product will reach on 11th or 12th May. Since I didn’t receive anything, I called on 16th May and I was told that it is still not dispatched. Then I asked the support executive to cancel the order because of the delay. To my surprise, I received a courier today and it was the sewing machine and that to in damaged condition. Some part in the wheel is broken and the paddle is malfunctioning.
Now I request you to do the following and confirm me back:
1) Please listen to recorded conversation between me and your support executive on 16th May where I had given her instruction to cancel the order. Please confirm the same.
2) You have charged my credit card account after I have cancelled the order. That is a financial fraud. Please explain why did you do that?
3) Please refund the amount immediately and pick the product back.
4) I need a call back by end of day today followed by a email confirmation on the same to confirm the above.
