I have ordered 2 product from shopclues.com. following are the details of the product:
1.Order 16482639- i have received empty box from shopclues. i have raised complaint but its still not resolve its more than 2 weeks now.
2.Order 16482637- This product was wrong delivery, this was not as i ordered. different product from different company. they have initiated return procedure 2 weeks back. they also collected wrong product from me but still neither did replacement nor cash back.
I have mailed them at least 10 times but still hey haven’t resolve both the issues.
Please look into this and help me out.
now i want cash back for both the product.
