Lack of Service

i had given my phone for servicing and the micromax service center have my phone for the last one month. is this the kind of service you have to offer micromax??? you continue this the company goes down. and please dont lie to your customers about the 4.4 update. just say you are not giving the update so we can go and buy other phones
