Wrong Product Delivered

Location/place: HSR Layout/Bangalore

Name of company/service: The Bouvice

WE had installed a TATA BP Solar product in our Corporate Service Apartment in HSR Layout.

The product was causing issues hence we had asked them to replace with a new one.

After repeated calls and a wait of over 2 months the product got replaced but with another one of not the similar make.

They had replaced with the DURO Solar Water Unit insted of ZING HHC tank in HSR Layout.

The problem is that now in Cloudy weather we are unable to heat the water as the replaced product doesnt have the Coil System which my old product had.

My guests are complaining and my business in on the verge of closure because of NO Action Policy by TATA BP Solar Company.

We have been sending them repeated mails on a daily basis but they refuse to respond to any mails from our side.

It is a sheer mockery of the System and Clearly they are disrupting my business.

I wish to claim 10 lakhs penalty from them for disrupting my business for 3 months at a strech.

Kindly advise what should i do.
