I was sold 2 packages of 5998/- online for 4Night & 5Days for me and my cousin against which the company employee Mr. Aman had confirmed me the booking for 8th of Aug’12 for both the packages but when we got the confirmation call from the book myholidays.com they denied on the possibility and hanged the phone down all the time we called up to clarify the stand. As we have made the payment, no one post that is coming online to speak and discuss the matter and there is no clear answer to our querries. Mr. Aman despite being there in office is always out and he never revert our call clarifying the matter. Ms. Preeti who is customer care incharge was also rude in even telling that we can not avail the bookings. We sincerely wonder how different one can get pre and post transactions is experienced by us clearly from this portal employees.
