I had ordered yellow roses bouquet and ganesh statue from site www.flowernferns.com but they delivered different bouquet with red roses and ganesh statue is also different from my product.I email my complain to their emailid on 20th april still today i.e 22nd april i didn’t get reply from them.Even today i call on customercare no i.e 9214222282. In the morning they didn’t pick up the call.Around 3:30pm they receive my call and when i said my problem he put me on hold.After that they didn’t picking my call.
