This post is behalf of my CEO who had lodged a complaint in airtel for charging him fraudulently for data usage for the no. 080 41148840 on Mar 2012 wherein he was not available in the town. This was brought to airtel’s notice several times and several emails have been exchanged since a year. However no resolution has been provided yet and some standardized templates are being sent every time from the airtel(even from the escalation team). We have several connections from airtel and now we feel that we are being cheated from this telecom industry. We want airtel to see this post and stop doing such frauds.
