Wrong product delivered

Name of company/service: snapdeal

I have ordered the MicorMax Canvas HD A116 (White), which is Commited by Snap Deal Representative(Pooja) called on 8th and 9th May 2013 , but i received Black colour. which i don’t want. Now they are not accepting the delivered Wrong Product.

I want the White Color product only. Not acceptable black one.
