complaint has not yet resolved

my self mohit malhotra im living in ludhiana i had financeda household thing from bajaj finservelending ltd on14 /06/2011 which has coating to 30,000 that was a LCD. after that emi systems has been stated normaly but on the month of may on dated 12/05/2012 at that time of my emi amount has bden reducted from my bank and transferd that funds to bajajfindervlending ltd. and after 6 more emi had gone to financd company and according to me my all due amount was completed but i got shocked to knew after 6 months that on may monyh emi was not done right that time i confermed from bank that they people provide me my account atatement which shows my amount was gone to bajaj company but bajaj said we dont recieved and right that i had visit the Head office over here in ludhiana i had given all the details and she said thia will be resolved in 20 working days but that 20 days still not come…its been 3 months ago i did not recieve any updates for the same .

if u realy understand my prob then please revert or call. i want to buy lots of household things wid the help of bajaj fenservelending ltd but this kind of services are there then i dont think so that i be with this company.
