wrong product deliverd

I will complaint against snapdeal.
Snapdeal is very froud site. I have buy Marco watch but snapdeal deliverd wrong product at 30th October and I see this product and complaint to snapdeal at 2nd November but he is not processing for this product reverse pickup.i am waiting at least 12 days and I called him at least 10 times.but not solution.please help me.
