Recently I got job in INFOSYS for training I went for mysore Infosys technologies from my home city hyderabadh.there are several telecom operator stores in Infosys mysore tata docomo , airtel and Vodafone On the third day of my training I went to all stores enquired about plans available at all operators.Vodafone is providing much better plans they are giving unlimited 2g internet and 3g 1 GB free and cug and 500 main & 500 sms. So I opted for it.they gave me very good number 9739139919
Now the story starts they said 1gb 3g and unlimited 2g data
But i rarely saw a 3g signal in my mobile. After enquiry I got too know that they are just using airtel towers at my work place. OK I compromised on this issue because I dont use much internet.
They said cug calling free and 500 minutes free.but every time if I am dailing a number then I need to call to that number more than 3 times. Because at first it will automatic ally disconnects.
NOW ITS BILLING TIME. I AM VERY SHOCKED TO SEE THAT ALTHOUGH I OPTED FOR A PACK OF 375 I GOT BILL AMOUNT 970. I CHECKED FOR ITEMISED BILL THEN I REALIZED THAT THEY HAVE CHARGED ME 380 rs FoR DOWnLOADS which I NEVER DID IT I checked for listed list of websites those are wapsvilla sites like that
Please suggest me what to do
