Wrong product deliberately send.

I had ordered dell latitude 10 tab with digitizer pen sensitive screen. But compuindia send me a cheaper essential model without digitizer pen sensitive screen, the product was returned to compuindia on next day of receipt, but now they make drama, by not receiving product from Bluedartccourier. Plz help by providing earlier refund.
