WRONG PRESANTATION AT TIME OF CONNECTION

I PORT MY NUMBER FROM RELIANCE TO VODAFONE. AT THE TIME OF TAKING CONNECTION EXICUTIVE DIDNOT EXPLAINE ME THAT IF I AM NOT TAKING INTERNET DETA PLAN ON MY NUMBER, MY NUMBER BY DEFAULT GET INTERNET DETA FROM THE COMPANY. IF MY NUMBER NOT IN INTERNET DETA PLAN THAN HOW CAN I USE INTERNET FROM THIS NUMBER. THE FIRST 3 MONTHS I RECIVED BILL OF RS. 3OO TO 350. THAN AFTER 3 MONTHS IT INCREASED BY 300 RS. AND AFTER 5MONTHS IT WILL INCRESED TO 1800RS. AND WHILE I TALK TO THE EXICUTIVE THEY SAYS THAT I USED INTERNET DETA. I AM ASKING THE COMPANY IF I AM NOT HAVING INTERNET DETA PLAN ON MY NUMBER HOW CAN I USE INTERNET FROM MY MOBILE NUMBER. THE SIMPLE EXAQMPLE IS THAT IF MY NUMBER IS NOT HAVING ISD CALL PLAN THAN I CANT CALL ISD NUMBERS. LIKE THAT HOW CAN I USED THE INTERNET DETA WHILE I DISCONNECTED MY INTERNET DETA PLAN.

MY COMPLAINT AGAINST THE VODAFONE INDIA LTD. THAT THEY ARE NOT EXPLAINING TO THE COUSTOMERS WHILE GIVING THE CONNECTION REGARDING THE PLAN AND SCHEME. IF THEY EXPLAIN TO THE COUSTOMERS IN DETAILES, THEN WHY THEY NOT INFORME TO THE COUSTOMER REGARDING INTERNET DETTA. THEY DIDNOT EXPLAINE THAT IF COUSTOMER IS NOT TAKING INTERNET DETTA ON HIS NUMBER, THAN THE INTERNET DETA IS START BY DEFAULT IN THE NUMBER AND WHAT EVER CHARGES ARE IN THE PALN THEY HAVE TO PAY. IF BY DEFAULT THE SERVICE STARTS BY THE COMPANY THAN IT IS NOT THE COUSTOMER FAULT. WHY SHOULD COUSTOMER BARE THE AMOUNT. WHY COMPANY DIDNOT EXPLAIN REGARDING BY DEFAULT SERVICE WILL START EVEN THE COUSTOMER DIDNOT WISH TO TKA ESERVICE. THIS IS ABSUOLUTELY CHEATING WITH THE COUSTOMERS OF THE COMPANY.
