I am a Vodafone Customer in Pune using 3G data plan(mobile number 8551082498) .I have never downloaded DNLD_Shortformats _99 value pack _7 and vodafone have charged me Rs 75/-.I dont know why these guys are doing this.
Customer care dont have proper answer to this.
