Wrong Postpaid Plan

Name of company/service: Airtel

i had taken 2 connection of Airtel Postpaid( Mob No-9903399420 & 9903399720)as convinced by Distributor M/S S.M.Entp,kanchan Madam & Rakhi madam,Mob no-9831477104.They have give me the plan as below.. Super saver rs.349/-(1200 Local/STD min free + 150 local sms & 150 STD sms).But they have active the plan of 2000 local minute plan with my both no. further i correspondence several time by phone & E-mail with The distributor,Nodal Officer,Appelete Officer of Airtel Kolkata, no any single proper responce i received.As per Airtel 121 CC team, there is no any such plan with Airtel,which the distributor provided to me.
Now they generate the bill with wrong plan & ask daily for bill payment.

plz look the matter & help me …
