I would like to bring it to your kind attention that I’d and am still having a really tough time in dealing with your organization (Autovikas Automobile chevrolet (General Motors) in getting my car, Chevrolet Sail LS ABS delivered, which was promised to done by your Sales Representative, Mr.R.P.Singh on 4th Feb’13.

I was supposed to get the delivery on 22nd Feb’13 (which is also supposed to be my Birthday). I specifically chose this date as I wanted to take my parents to a nearby destination to Delhi on my B’Day. To put it on records, I have also got my parents come to Delhi especially for this. I got a shock of my life when I was being informed (not proactively but when I called up you sales personnel, R.P.Singh to enquire about my balance payment), that there is a delay in the delivery of my car from the manufacturer’s side and that I will get my delivery on 1st week of March’13.

Though this was highly disappointing and unacceptable by any means, I held on to myself and again equine sometime on 2nd or 3rd March’13 regarding my car delivery. I was pretty hopeful that at least this time I would not return empty handed. But as earlier, I was given the same answer by R.P.Singh !!!!!

Even after all these, I kept following up with your sales representative both via phone call as well personal visits. I was and am still in state of shock with the kind of commitment and professionalism your personnel has exhibited so far. All that they could tell me every time I ask about my car, is that they will get back to me.

I again visited the Auto Vikas office in Moti Nagar, where I placed my order, and met up with the GM, Mr.Nikhil Bharadwaj. He gave me his word that he will inform me via call as well e-mail about a form date of delivery of my car. I’m highly disgusted to inform you that neither did he call me up nor he sent any e-mail to me. And when I contacted his office, all that they told me that he is currently out of station and they have no contact with him !!!!!!!!!! I real fail to understand that in this world of hi-tech and cut throat competition, how can someone give me this irresponsible answer.

To sum up my grievances, I’m in a confusing state as to whether or not I’ll even get my car. I haver already paid INR 50,000 via cash.

My sincerest request to you would to kindly look into this at your earliest and help me to get my car delivered. All these has shaken my faith and belief in General Motors, who I used to hold in high regards.

Also on 26 mar 13 they have disbursed my loan amount from their end without my information and car is also not yet billed. Apart from that they are not sure when will they deliver the car.
I am really worried weather I would be getting my car or not.
