Wrong Policy of Aircel Telecom

Sir,
On 12 august i recharged my aircel sim 299 Rs. by mistake 2 times,I asked for customer care to refund money or extend validity 30 days more but they refuesed to do that and told that it is not under their policy means they have taken 299 more without any benefit given to me.

sir its not a matter of 299Rs but other telecom companies does not allow one service to activate if that service is already activated but what happen with Aircel they looted customers with their wrong policy and when customer complained, they told “sir it is not under our policy”

sir its my request you to take appropiate action and take it as in considerisation.
