Leakage found in the Roof , even after assured water Proofing done by the Service Provider .

Water Proofing on terrace approx. 763 sq. fts. was done in the May2012 & the payment of Rs. 10,000 vide Chq. No. 054487 dtd. 17/5/12 of IDBI & balance as Cash was made ,assuring by the Service Provider that after this water Proofing there will be No leakage in terrace for guarantee of 3 years .
Leakage was observed & the complaint was booked immediately both telephonically & thru email today also . The Service Provider is denying to offer the services now . The leakage in roof has resulted to water dropping on our Plasma TV & has resulted into failure of the same resulting us into loss . Moreover we are stressed due to this panic situation too. Pls. Help
