Wrong Plan / Wrong Connection

I had requested for a Combo Plan with 4MBPS Connection upto 50 GB and 1 MBPS thereafter.

When i received the connection and checked the SPEED and plan i was allocated 2 MBPS line.
My form had the agents contact number listed rather than mine,

Plus i was given a router with a 4m wire and i cannot connect it to WIF ( while booking the connection this was my first requirement and i had confirmed multiple times)

When i complained i was told the plan cannot be migrated and i cannot get the wIFI.

I am not sure why the question of migration is placed here. The correct connection was never provided. And seriously who taken a broadband to use it in one corner of the room

Beware of this company and its agent !!! Pathetic !!!
