Ola Cabs is a Bangalore based taxi service. I have ~3000 Rs. in Ola money wallet. Because of some technical issues from Ola, I am not able to login to Ola account from any device. I have been asking them to look into the issue for a month now, but there is no resolution from their end and now they also refused to give back my money. I tried reaching them via email and social media, but they keep postponing the issue and make fool of me.

– I have been constantly following up with them since one month despite my busy schedule, I am not getting any follow up from them and they refuse to refund “my” money.
– Their customer care number is not toll free. I have almost spent ~ Rs.500/- in talking to them.
– I am not able to use the money that I put in their wallet, trusting that they would provide me good service.
– This is customer faith exploitation and mental harassment.
– Today I talked to a customer care representative named Mr. Joseph, and he was so rude while talking to me. He told me that my case was not the only case ola had. I do not know a company who can be successful if they tell their customer that they are not a priority.
