Have purchased bed sheet set online from HS18 website dated 31st May. It was advance payment through debit card and free home delivery.
Received wrong part and now they are not responding for a replacement. They claim on their website that HS18 will 100% replace if any issue in delivered item defective / wrong etc..
They delivered me wrong item dated 4th Jun and same day I called and e-mailed them with actual received item pictures/details that it is not what I ordered. It was other design / make bed sheet.
They said I have to manage to return them back wrong received part first, so I need to approach any post / courier. They will receive and later take the action.
So I feel it is not justified if any mistake done from HS18 end, they must take immediate action at their own efforts to deliver me correct item that I have ordered and paid for. Ultimately this was free home delivery order, why should I suffer for any mistake lapse from their end.
