Hello,
I have changed my pack from 125 plans to 249 rs monthly plans , i got about 250 MB data free. but as per them i have used more data and msg comes to me pay 1104 rs as interim bill, when i talked to customer care they told you need to pay but their are not able to give me information about my usgae and how i used more than 250. as per me i have used only 100 MB. and they are not waiting till 4 th oct when bill is going to generate and they send me msg about cutting my service.
As per my calculation my total bill not more than 400 rs at 4th oct.
