I gave my in-warranty mobile micromax a110 at quality communication for touch screen replacement on 24/08/13. They asked for 15 days. But till today they are unable to answer how much more time they require to repair the phone.and when I asked about, they rudely replied we cant do anything we have placed order. I also complained on micromax costumer care with complain on 14/09/13.they asked for 7 days and today 21/09/13 they when I enquired the said they may be require another 20-25
