Wrong instruction given to bank for SIP installment

Hello,

HDFC MF house not providing satisfactory answer for failed transaction. They misguioded me up to 2 months and then told me that bank is responcible for failed transaction. When i inquire to bank about the same they told me that HDFC MF instructed them to do ECS for registred SIP up to 1st Oct 14 where as they try to deduct the money for last installment on 16th. So they can permit them to deduct the money as the instruction was up to 16th only.

When i told all this to HDFC MF, they are not at responded to my questions? PLease do the needful for me to cover up loss due to mishandling of my SIP by HDFC MF.
