WRONG INFORMATION AND WRONG CHARGES

I am using vodafone post paid plan for internet. my plan was finished and i called customer care of vodafone to enquire about the extra plan if it would be added. he told me yes extra paln can be added, than he send the request for activation. i called them whether my extra net plan was activated or not they told it is activated , and now i can use net facilities. so i started using net in my phone , than some messages came in my phone that extra 200 mb has been used, than i again called them and asked why these messages are coming when i hav added an extra pack, they told such messages come whenever 200 mb data is finished.
than i got the mail n message that Your current usage of Rs. 2793 has exceeded the average monthly bill value. Than i called them again why this mail has come to me.they told that that pack was not activated and even extra pack can’t be added to your number as one plan is going on already.
so wrong information was given to me whenever i called them, why they requested to add the extra pack when it can’t be added.
so plz do the needful as wrong charges has been imposed on my number
