Now when i got it recharged
i have a message on my mobile by 52811 saying
Recharge of Rs. 90 successful.Talktime Rs. 77.10, ProcFee Rs. 3, Stax Rs. 9.90.Reliance. STDat25p min RC 24 mein.TnC apply.Vld 28 din
Now when it has been mentioned that Regular core talk time is Rs. 90 will be given then why i’m given less talk time Rs. 77.10 that also with validity period of 30 days. what can be done now….???? i forwarded this complaint to [email protected] but they also didn’t respond to that…..i have got screen shots but of what use now when even govt. bodies are not responding to complaints….. can we do anything to prevent this to happen with other people….someone told me to approach consumer court reg. this but i don’t know how …moreover for such a small amt…is it viable and realistic to approach a consumer court…? pl suggest on my email id [email protected]…if u have been having such incidents happening that what can be done?…..Also just think and calculate that all telecom companies do make millions fools like u and me daily all over India and thus earning a lot on behalf of me and u….its an effort just to highlight this type of issues and if possible eradicate them from happening to others…..
