not resolving request and keeps on generating bills for last 4 months

I have given a request to convert my postpaid connection to prepaid connection in march 2014. They have closed that request with no proper reason and without informing me. I visited again to same outlet, they again took my request after a lots of DRAMA. Now, it’s been 4 months still the problem persists and i am paying the bill.
The executive name is MR. MOHAMMAD from MARATHALLI RELIANCE outlet . Please, it’s been worst now. I am not in a condition to pay the bill any more. PLEASE HELP PLEASE.
