Wrong Information shared and no refund given

Home town in GIP.

We wanted to Purchase three Koryo AC’s and we purchased 1 Koryo AC and two LG AC’s from home town Reason because their sales person said was no stock of Koryo AC in their store.
The staff there misinformed us saying that Home Town and Big Bazaar is one and the same company and told us there would be no stock of Koryo Ac in Big bazaar as well and hence we should buy LG Ac which is better . After paying the amount in Home Town we went to Big Bazaar and found out the Koryo Ac was cheaper by 1000/- rupees and was readily available in stock with them. It took us only about 20 minutes to get back and when we went back to Home Town and asked them to cancel our order of two LG ac’s and make the refund, they refused stating that as a company policy once payment is done they don’t refund and they can only give us a credit note of 60 days. We felt highly cheated as the difference in cost was 10,000 and they had lied to us as well. The staff in GIP Home Town is disgustingly horrible to deal with, dishonest, and rude in behavior.
Please can some one help in this matter.
I personally feel Home Town NOIDA should be closed down for having such dishonest people and policies.
I hope the senior management of Home Town reads this message and does something about it.
