I had purchased a Cisco E900 router on 3-6-2013 from Snapdeal. After 15-20 days the router stopped functioning. I tried calling snapdeal so many times but their phone lines were always busy. Hence, I had to take support fro Cisco directly for the faulty product. They gave me a replacement within 7-10 working days. After that I made a complaint to Snapdeal online & they called me after 2-3 days to resolve the issue. But they refused to refund my money whereas their website mentions that incase of faulty/ defective electronic items they refund the money if requested by the customer. But they refuse to do so. They are saying its not in our policy. The link below states their refund/exchange/replacement policies.

I have not used the replacement product at all except for checking at the Cisco service centre.
I need a solution for this.
