Wrong information; poor support from customer care

Dear Concern,
I am an Airtel Digital TV subscriber from Rohtak in Haryana. My name is Raghbir Singh and my account no: with Airtel is 3005044029. I have been subscribing Airtel digital TV for more than 2 years. I received
a call from your customer service executive on 24/11/2012 on my mobile no: 9812985476. He introduced me to a new plan saying that if I recharge for Rs.1130/- plus Rs.20/- (reactivation charge
after 6 months) I will get a subscription for one whole year. The subject was discussed many times with your different cust serv executives. They all said that this plan is available for my subscription and asked me to call the customer service after recharge, so that the plan can be activated. So, I did a recharge of Rs.1150/- on 25/11/2012 through paytm.com and I got a confirmation from the website that this plan is successfully recharged.
The order no: is 57954370. Afterwards, I called the CS executive and told about this recharge to activate my plan. Then, your executive Mr. Sumeen, denied the existence of a plan of Rs.1150/- and told that the actual recharge amount for this plan is Rs.1220/- . The call was transferred to Mr. Prashant and then to Mr. Salesh. They both denied that the plan was for Rs.1150/- and it was a Rs.1220/-. But, Mr. Salesh offered a solution to the problem. He said that if I do a recharge of Rs.70/- on the same day itself, then they will adjust the amounts and activate my plan. I did a flex recharge of Rs.70/- to complete my recharge of Rs.1220/-. The order no: is 419346. I called the CS executive the next day to activate the plan. Then, I was informed that my subscription is suspended for the last one month and so my scheme
cannot be activated. So,I asked for a refund of Rs.1150/- or my scheme should be activated. I had no response till date.
