Unnecessary activation of services and deduction of balance without Customer’s permission

Location/place: Bangalore

Name of company/service: Tata Docomo

From The last couple of month, Tata Docomo is activating some unnecessary services on my prepaid connection and has deducted the balance for these service without even my permission. I want this amount to be credited on my balance but when I call their customer care number 121, there is no option to call even their customer care representative directly. This is really the worst service I have ever seen.
