Name of company/service: Airtel
I the user of the airtel postpaid connection 9632766221 in the month of jan I have taken another connection 9611964964 and called to customer care in the month of Jan that the calls between two number will be free or not ?
Then the customer care executive told me that call are free and I can go ahead to use the connection but after one month I have seen the bill which shows that they have charged for the calls so I register the complain that why the wrong information is give and they provided the complain number as 48903749 which they close it today.
I feel cheated and I have to pay huge amount of bill just because some air tel representative given the wrong information to me.
Please help
