wrong information from customar care of airtel

I was mislead by the customer care executive of airtel on the 3G internet plan for bengal sim on 6th march 2015 at 7:36 pm.before geting the recharge as per normal procedure I called a customer care at 198 from 9679737130 and a male representative adress me,i clearly asked him about 1 GB 3G plan,in response of which he told me about a rupees 251 plan which provide a 1GB 3G service for 28 days which can be used on both phone and system.I repetedly enquired about the service to which he said this is the only 1 GB net service that is present after that i did the recharged but to my surprise i got the spl balance talktime recharge of rupees 251.
then after again I called the airtel customer care service and the new representative informed me that there is no such net recharge of 251 for my number number.such type of unfrofessional conduct by a big company like airtel is unexpectable.I would suggest the customer support of airtel griverence cell to look into the matter and why such type of misleading statement was provided by the customer representative.
