wrong/ incorrect billing of my postpaid mobile

Dear Sir,

I am a Vodafone postpaid customer and my mobile number is 9314121711

Last Month i did not requested for the activation of tinytv service by any means (sms, call, keyword) however it was forcefully activated on my number. As soon as i got the confirmation and billing message, I sent the cancellation request by sending the keyword STOP 1. It was immediately deactivated from my number still the weekly charge of 77 was applied on my March 15 monthly bill.

The biggest problem is this month it was again forcefully activated on my number yesterday 26th April , while i am still struggling with Vodafone for wavier of last month.

1. What is this service tinytv can anyone explain since you guys are charging for this?
2. From my end why would i request for this unknown service wherein i am already struggling for last month’s billing for the same.
3. I am pretty sure that this month on my billing this 77 Rs will again reflect
4. Is this a new way discovered by Vodafone for of making fraudulent money?
5. I am sick and tired of checking my bills every month of whether any false charges have been applied by Vodafone?

Can you please help me out with this.
