Sold me fake product..no customer service

I ordered a sony 10000 mAh power bank (summary of order AB2103687) on 2nd April, 2015 from www.askmebazaar.com . The product I got on 16th April left me dumbfounded. First of all it a totally fake product in a very old worn out package. The product is defective and cannot charge properly . there is no paper of sony inside and its a second hand product . It cost me 899.I called them without any help.There are lot of complains about this company. This is totally a fake company .

This company got lakhs of complain …why you are not taking any actions????
