I am a customer for Bharat gas for past many years (Consumer no-201360). Whenever we order gas the person who delivers, they forces us to pay 10-15Rs extra everytime. When denied they start arguing. Last month on 29th jan when they delivered gas the person asked whether we had submitted the subsidy form, as my mom said its submitted he informed to pay 750Rs. Also denied from giving the receipt stating that is not forwarded to me. As my mom is 55years old and is a heart patient she didn’t force him or she was not interested to argue and thus accepted the gas and paid 750. After few days when I enquired at gas service center they informed that it is only Rs.621 to be paid and denied from taking any action against the person as we have no prove. Also the person denied stating that he had only collected Rs. 640.
